Family → + → Invite a child. Read the six-character code out loud; your child types it into Lomari within 15 minutes. You confirm you are the parent or legal guardian, and the code is spent.

Open that phone’s page in Lomari: it names the exact reason. Usually iOS is missing the “Always” or “Precise Location” permission, Background App Refresh is off, or Low Power Mode is slowing things down. The intervals in the settings are the shortest gap between updates, not a timetable: in the background, iOS wakes the app only after the phone has moved a real distance.

Whether sharing is on, who in the family can see them, and when their position was last requested and by whom. A Live session a parent starts is announced on their phone.

Apple handles subscriptions: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lomari, or in the App Store. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date and there is no next charge; Plus stays on until the paid period ends.

Lomari → Settings → Leave family or delete account. Your membership, devices, last known position, zones, messages and tokens are gone at once. Parents can also remove a child’s phone from its device page.
